1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the YogicAstro application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YogicAstro is a Vedic Astrology application that provides astrological charts, analyses, and interpretations based on traditional Jyotish principles. Our Service may include:

  • Generation of Vedic astrological birth charts
  • Analysis of planetary positions and aspects
  • Calculation of Vimshottari Dasha periods
  • Identification of Yogas and Doshas
  • AI-powered astrological consultations
  • Storage and management of multiple charts

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

YogicAstro offers both free and paid subscription services. By subscribing to our paid service:

  • You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms
  • If you provide credit card or other payment information, you authorize us to charge the appropriate fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • We may change our fees by giving you notice through the Service or by email

5. Free Trial and Refund Policy

We may offer free trials or limited features to non-subscribed users. Once a free trial period ends, you will be charged for continued access to premium features unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the Service or impair its proper functioning. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the rights of others
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
  • Engaging in any automated use of the system
  • Attempting to access data not intended for your use
  • Using the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
  • Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided information) are and will remain the exclusive property of YogicAstro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

The Service may allow you to input information for chart generation and analysis. You retain all rights to the personal information you provide, but grant us a license to use this information to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the information you provide and confirm that you have the right to submit such information.

9. Astrological Interpretations Disclaimer

The astrological interpretations provided through the Service are:

  • For entertainment and informational purposes only
  • Not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
  • Based on traditional Vedic astrological principles and AI analysis
  • Subject to interpretation and not guaranteed to be accurate

You agree to use the astrological information provided at your own risk and discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogicAstro and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YogicAstro and its licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by YogicAstro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that YogicAstro shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and/or sending you an email.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, within the Jurisdiction of Hon'ble Courts in Jaipur, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
